Most roofing companies do not have the capacity or numbers of trainees to make in-house training worthwhile and this can be detrimental to their future especially when you need to invest in future business managers. Our industry needs competent people who are qualified technically but we also need competent and qualified leaders for the roofing industry in the future.
 
Quite often companies see themselves as ‘too small’ to invest in their people or not having enough people to run a course and this is where the Weatherproofing Academy can help by providing a schedule of planned events to other organisations and invite them to join our own people thereby creating a dynamic learning environment through learning from each other and more importantly, apply the learning back at work.
