Roof Care by REALM® explained

Our REALM® customers enjoy a comprehensive roof care service carried out by our industry leading advisors leaving them with peace of mind that their assets are being managed to the highest standard.

We undertake a programme to assess your roof care needs and develop a plan to manage and care for your property to extend the life time of your roofs

• Step 1 - Comprehensive Survey of roof(s)
• Step 2 - Upload survey reports, roof condition index and CAD Drawings
• Step 3 - Agree roof housekeeping schedule incorporating gutter/gulley clearance
• Step 4 - Carryout all reactive maintenance to agreed service levels i.e. 48 hours
• Step 5 - Provide management reports i.e. energy management, life cycle predictions, capital budget proposals
• Step 6 - No unplanned budget wreckers during financial year

Annual fixed fee covering:

• Comprehensive survey of all roof areas
• Proactive repairs to eliminate the potential of water ingress
• All reactive call outs and repairs
• Roof care housekeeping visits - cleaning of gutters and gulley's, debris removal, removal of standing/stagnant water
• Health and Safety review of access and protection
• Production of management reports / long term budget proposals i.e. insulation evaluation reports / roof condition index reports providing a top level roof care portfolio
• Uploading of all information and events onto a secure website, accessible only by approved personnel
