Contract Completion - Petroleum Station
The retail unit was suffering from various constant leaks. Weatherproofing Advisors provided a proposal to fully remove the existing roof and replace with a new system. The retail unit had to remain open for the full duration of the works to service the fuel station. The challenge was increased due to the project being carried out over the winter months.
The proposed system involved carefully removing the existing tiles, repairing and making good any of the damaged timber battens and felt membrane whilst ensuring that no debris or water entered the retail unit below. The Marley Eternit Slates were then installed along with associated hips and ridges.
I would like to commend the WPA Operatives who have been working on our site. We have had minimal disruption whilst they have been carrying out these works. They have also kept me updated daily and completed what appears to be a great job.
