Operative of the Year 2015 - Providing Service Excellence
Weatherproofing Advisors recognise the need to provide excellent levels of service to all of their existing and new clients, so much so are measuring every single contract against pre-determined WPA Service Absolutes, and more importantly client specific conditions which are agreed during the Service Expectation Meeting held before job.
In the second year of the annual awards, the London Service Centre are proud to award the "Operative of the Year 2015" for excellent service levels to Mr Richard Cunningham.
Richie, has been recognised for providing outstanding levels of Safety, Communication and Workmanship - Service by WPA's Roof Management client portfolio throughout the year. During the presentation Richie dedicated his award to all his fellow colleagues whilst offering his new found mentoring skills to anyone that needed it!!!!!!!
